Been havin irritating PC issue and was not able to go online for quite some time.. But with the help of Azhar, Dean and Faizal.. evrything seems alright. Will be better when i get new motherboard, processor and memory.. Hopefully.

So with this, i would like to thank Azhar for kindly figuring out what the hell was wrong with my PC as well as teaching me a few stuffs that i never knew about the internal components of that darn computer... Not to mention for takin the trouble to lug it from my house to his house then to Dean's house and finally back to my house.. I really appreciate it.

To Dean, thanks for the casing and PSU, without which I would never be able to get it up sooner.. Saves the trouble of goin to Sim Lim to search for another one.. and the money too of course.. ;)

And last but not least, to Faizal, if there was a VRE of the year.. i'll vote u for it man. So suitable your position is. Thanks for voluntarily following us to Dean's house and bein the substitute driver for Azhar who was really tired due to lack of sleep...

U guys roxx! Thanks for all of your help in the transplant operation and everything... And a gd time in a round of Star Wars Monopoly... I should have known better than to think that R2D2 could ever monopolize the galaxy.. Especially against the likes of Obi-Wan, Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader... :)

Okay, i'll update again later or sumthin. Plans for today.. Study and at night, teh ais session with the girls at Simpang...

Im gettin crazy over SUDOKU!

Been doing puzzles after puzzles and i still can do more... Kinda fun, i might say.
The satisfaction you get when u put in the numbers and seeing how it all fits in. And the challenging part is when it doesnt, you have to change a few numbers here and there just so that it will fit in nicely with the whole puzzle.. Totally stimulating.

On another note, work is getting more and more interesting. With a new project that they are trying to implement and the different types of people that comes in and the questions you're being asked and the antics of the officers, you really just wonder what else comes next... But hearing from the stories that my other colleagues told me, things can be an overall fun. For me, so far.. so good. Been liking it. The experience is good... Looking forward to more.

It was a great trip. Beautiful place. Superb scenery. Friendly people. Great white sandy beaches... Cua Dai, Non Nuoc, China and My Khe. Paddy fields. Marble Mountains. My Son. The Ancient Town. Full Moon Festival. Delicious food. All in all, a wonderful experience for me.. Hearts to you, MD. Thanks for everything.

Rain rain go away.. come again another day...

For a few days now, the weather has been nothing else but wet. Just the kind of weather that you want to lie in bed and snuggle beneath your comforter. It is this very kind of weather that can easily make someone wants to skip lessons and not go to school after work. Not cos you're lazy or you didnt do your assignment or you didnt bring your notes or what.. it is simply just because you want to go straight home, take a warm shower and sleep... Thats like a good excuse, no? :)

Anyway, im taking leave from work for the whole of this week. Wed, Thur, Fri. Wooo-hooo! Long weekend for me. And to top it off, im going for a short trip away from Singapore during these days. Finally! My wish to get away from work and school and the bustling Singapore city plus all the nitty gritty affairs here, has been fulfilled. Thanks MD!!! Appreciate it... *hugss*

Had a super enjoyable time with my cuzzins last nite at K-Box. Best! Its actually our first time ever going out for karaoke... My brother and my cuzzin even joined this balloon blowing competition that they held and came in second. We won one free jug of drink and a cd-rom of some computer game. Too bad Izan couldnt join us.. but it was still fun nonetheless. Next time perhaps..

Its almost time to knock off work. I should be heading to school but i really dun feel like it.. Besides, im more excited about packing my stuff then studying OT. And you know.. im SURE that my mom needs help at home to cook and kemas2 or wat nots. Which reminds me...

Kalau makan daging kurban tu ingat2 lah orang yang kurang bernasib baik yea.. Seperti hamba di sini.. yang tidak tahu akan kenikmatannya rasa KAMBING.. Hmm.. apasal la tak ada orang pernah kurban ayam? Ke turkey ke? Alrite aper.. Hehehe...

I hate mosquitoes! I hate it when they decide to strike late at nite when you are peacefully asleep. I hate it more when they keep making that irritating buzzing sound in your ear even after you try to swat them away even though you know that you are going to miss hitting them. I hate it most when they just find it humorous enough to decide to plan an attack and sink their stupid noses and suck blood out from the most annoying spot that they could find on your body - ie. THE PALM OF YOUR FEET!! Bingit kan?!?!?

And the worst part... You got so fed up that you cover your entire body up, from toes to shoulder, with a comforter in order to have a good nite rest,without the mosquito attacks, no less... and you found that in the morning, the honorable pests have decided to attack on your face instead. On your bloody face lah~!!! At the cheeks! Aaaarrrghhhh!!!! I hate mosquitoes!!

So you get the idea... The whole day my cheek has been itching like mad.. the stupid 'bintat' punya pasal lah nie... Im trying not to scratch cos each time i did, i can just see it getting bigger and bigger.. Upset!

Anyway.. the weekend is coming up. Have plans to meet up with cousins for K-Box this Sunday. Woo-Hoo!! Melalak lagi lah nampaknya ni... I nak jadi macam Tuty ah.. Prepare list on what to sing... Heheheh :)

My plans to start saving have painfully been disrupted by a certain letter from school..

Dear BSc Students,

It is now time for students to consider registering for the UOL exams in May/June 2006 in Singapore.

Aaarrrghh!!! WTH?!? And you DARE to even USE the word CONSIDER! Like.. you mean to say we actually have a choice?! Hmmph!

The thing is, its not as if I cant fork out the $$. But I have other plans, you see.. For my money i mean. I am fully aware that i have to prepare for my exam fees and i have every bit of intention to get it ready by the stipulated dateline but what i didnt expect is that the dateline would come so fast.. I have wrongly estimated it to be towards the end of the month.. Bah~!

I have asked MD about it and he have so generously offered to help. Sayang dia. But still, it is also my responsibility to budget my finances as much as possible in order to sustain my needs. And whatever else that is necessary.. Bills.. Mom.. Food.. Clothes.. Err.. maybe not so for the last one yah... ;)

And so my story goes.. What a bad start to kickoff my new year's resolution. Oh well.. This whole fees thingy is going to be the last time anyway. Speaking of which, im gonna have to plan my study schedule soon. Exam timetable is out. Mock exam is in March and the real one is gonna be in June. 1st and 7th to be exact. The exam jitters are not here YET. But it will come soon enuff.. Give me 2 more weeks. For sure I will start to panic comes february.. For now, im just gonna be cool about the exam and just worry about the fees first.. After all, no fees = no exam. Hmm.. come to think of it, maybe THATS not really a bad idea after all.. Heh..

Happy 2006!!!

Do u feel how fast time flies? It felt just like recently that I celebrated New Year's Eve 2005. I remembered that it was actually my first time celebrating with girlfriends and how i was so bent on having a good time as a single gal. Attica first then off to Thumpers. It was a blast!!

And then come New Year's Eve 2006. Yesterday. Dinner at Al Dente then off to a private party at a suite up in the Fullerton Hotel. Nice concept. Beautiful place. Free flow of drinks. Wonderful view of the fireworks and a truly fantastic company. Dahlia, Fazilah, Ros & Matt. U rox guys!!! The only 'upset' of the night was the music they play. However, even so, we did got some grooves on.. Ended the night at East Coast with the boys and MD. A well-spent New Year's Eve indeed.. ;)

So what about resolutions? Goals that I hope to achieve in this year. I have quite a few I might say. Lets see which one of them I can achieve by the end of the year...

1) Save more money. In other words, dont spend so much.. Keep at least half of my pay in my bank account. And as per Dahlia's suggestion, to try to keep to this resolution, think of using the money to go shopping at the end of the year instead.. in LONDON!!! Hehehe..

2) Keep healthy. As in exercise more regularly and go on a healthy diet. That means more fruits and vegetable and less greasy food. The indicator for this would be my weight. As long as its acceptably heavy enough at the end of the year, then I'll be happy.

3) Study hard. Two more modules to go so i better not screw it up. Killer subjects so i better start revising soon. Study group session at least once a week. End of the year, pass both and earn at least a second lower. Hmm.. hard resolution, this one.

4) To love. And be loved unconditionally. Stick to one and hope for the best.

That's it. 4 resolutions for the new year. This year of my upcoming quarter century. Figured that with these, at least it would make it all the more meaningful.
